It's a very quiet area and the staff are very helpful! The location is not near the train station but there is shuttle service from 9 to 6pm, you might want to give a call to the hotel to help you get one We enjoyed our stay here as it was comfortable and quiet. It was during the winter with snow so you will get a nice view by your window!

good breakfast with garden view. hotel shuttle bus to ski area took only few minutes. staff very helpful to book restaurant near by.

A quick jaunt from the train station, this hotel is within easy walking distance to the old machi town. The hotel provides a free shuttle service from the station, which was helpful as we had quite a bit of luggage. We arrived early and our luggage was portered to our room. Post checkout, the hotel stored our luggage until we were ready to leave Karuizawa.

The location of the hotel was very convenient and the shuttle bus service to/from the Karuizawa station was very handy. Breakfast spread was good and nutritious. Cleanliness in the hotel was excellent.
